SuperFans: die-hard baseball fans who live and breathe their teams. They devote time, energy, money, and most importantly, their sanity. With this campaign, we make sure these SuperFans feel seen and appreciated for everything they put in. And enjoy a pretzel while they’re at it.
We show the sacrifices SuperFans make through OOH ads. We better their experience on methstreams by taking over the ads and annoying pop-ups, and give SuperFans exclusive access to home plate seating. During games, SuperFans will experience winning a free pretzel for 2 successful ABS challenges, a chance to see themselves on the jumbotron with the SuperFan Cam, and team-specific logo-shaped pretzels sold exclusively in the bleachers. To celebrate SuperFans, we created memorabilia of them to give out on SuperGamedays. Our Instagram story sticker lets “verified” SuperFans show their dedication.

OOH ads showcase the sacrifices SuperFans make to root for their teams. Including their sanity over the success of their team, sore arms from holding up a cup snake, and losing their voices from yelling so passionately.

SuperFans will go great lengths to make sure they don’t miss a game. Even if this means dealing with ad-ridden, pop-up-infested quasi-legal websites. So we took over the website to make it a super experience. By buying out all the pop-up and ad placements, we give SuperFans a more seamless streaming experience.
To thank SuperFans for dealing with all the annoying and frustrating pop-ups just to catch a game, we twisted them around. By taking over the pop-ups, we offer promotions such as exclusive tickets to the SuperFan section behind home plate and a free pretzel to make their next trip to the ballpark extra super.
In Stadium
Two successful ABS challenges win fans a free SuperPretzel. It can be redeemed through the stadium app during that game.
The SuperFan Cam in-game activation gives SuperFans the chance to have their super moment on the jumbotron.
Team-specific pretzel logo shapes will be sold exclusively in the bleachers where SuperFans love to get rowdy.
