Brand: CensHERship x The Case For Her
Problem: It’s not easy for women to post about their health. Women’s health content, including educational terms about childbirth, is flagged, while men’s health content, such as erectile dysfunction ads, thrives. 95% of women’s health creators have reported censorship. But the nature of banned content causes people to not be aware.
Solution: Instead of fighting the flagging, we made it our goal to get flagged. This campaign brings attention to flagging by encouraging more of it. We took a step outside the digital world, encouraging flagged content through wild postings and celebrating it by flying flags on the street. This directed people to our site, where they could generate flagproof content. This campaign created a database of experiences and an increase of uncensored posts.
